Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen, an American performer and songwriter, hails born in St. Louis Missouri. Her most well-known role is Jenny Humphrey as part of the CW drama Gossip Girl, and also as a singer in the The rock group The Pretty Reckless. The songs of Momsen have been featured in various films and TV shows, such as How to Be Solo Going the Distance, and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen's younger sister Sloane Momsen also works as an actor. She studied dancing at the Center of Creative Arts St. Louis. At just 3 years old she acted professionally in the Shake and Bake 1997 national television commercial. Momsen was on hiatus in her career over three years, before being cast as the lead in Misconceptions which is a WB television show. Also at this time Momsen appeared in the film Saving Shiloh. The actress was also in the top 3 of Hannah Montana, but Miley got the lead role.
