Luciana was brought up at home in Rome by her parents - Luciana's dad was Manlio Paoluzzi who was an Italian army officer and her mom was Maria Rota Paoluzzi who was the one of Benito's mistresses. It is not known if she had having siblings. Luciana is the only female who graduated from her high school class in Milan. Luciana also studied nautical engineering there. In the following two years, she began modelling however that changed shortly afterwards when she was offered her first acting role by chance while she was visiting her father's acquaintance in Rome she had a very brief two-line character on the screen in Three Coins in the Fountain and that's when it all began. Brett Halsey, an actor himself, was her first husband. The couple got married in the year 1960 and filmed the film Return to the Peyton Palace. Luciana had the custody of Charles who was born on June 13, 1961. They divorced within a year. Luciana enjoyed a lengthy relationship with Tony Athony. He was the actor and producer of films. Tony was inspired by Luciana's role in Green Slime to create the Spaghetti Western.
